It was a bit difficult to arrange the scarf into the positions i wanted. And here you see the “Snake” form. She said it looked more like a dragon. But it made me near mad to get it into position. She laughed at me and with a snip and a snap of her hands she moved it into the perfect shape.

Just a bit more fashion, was the early morning decision. Just a few minutes for the setup. Softbox, flash, stand, a neutral backdrop and the shooting could start and it did start.

Geisha ? ANother one in expressive pose, with powerful colors to support her tempting, her strong and demanding look and pose. So walk thru your pictures, look for similar extreme poses, looks and transform those pictures into strong and powerful looks. It is easy, Just a play with layers and sliders. But you have to start ! Make your model a Geisha too.

This is just another example of how extreme photographic work can go. I know, it is extreme. You may like it, like its extreme colors, its structures, its hard contrasts and grungy look. But you may also dislike it for the same reasons. Such work is polarizing, i know, and you should know such as well. But i can promise you, it was great fun producing the image, making the make up, the scene, taking the photos and finalizing them in PP. So, enjoy or hate it…. as you like … ah, just to mention it: only possible with a working emotional layer… otherwise she would beat you for the picture

Life and work is hard enough. From sides you get some urgent input to this or that and on nearly all demands are some deadlines connected. In the end you are jumping from one deadline to another always trying your very best to fulfill commitments or demands. And what is about you and your demands ? What is about fun and joy of work ?? Left behind you ! Don´t move back, it is not possible yet. But stop running and start thinking about what you are doing and WHY ?? Is it for you and your model ?? Is it good for you, good for your needs ? Does it help you to develop your skills ? NO ?? So, why do you do it then ? Take a breath, think. Back to fun ! Back to emotions, enchant your direkt contacts with surprising things they never thought about. Make them smile ! But first YOU are the one to smile and the world will smile back. Try it and you can feel fun, light and joy will come back as one giant inspiration to you. Make your model the cover page of a fictive newspaper, send it, print it.

The above cover was 5 minutes work. But the smile and positive response was worth it 1000 x . Sit back and think. What is your message to make YOU happy. Keep in mind: You are happy and your model your contacts will be happy too and feel very comfortable working together with you ! That is again the emotional layer.
