If you ever have the chance to visit the island Teneriffe, do not miss Teide National Park. It is a fantastic vulcano landscape. Go there and if you are lucky, catching a slight cloudy day you have to pass the clouds to reach the top. Slow down in the cloud area and enjoy this spooky atmosphere. Just like i did. Wait for a while, for the best light, perhaps you will get the lucky kiss of the sun breaking thru the clouds… enjoy.

What a boring view. Standing on a bridge and looking over the blue and flat sea. Okay, the sky is blue and some nice looking clouds on it. pfffttt… a tourist picture. But did you see whats to your right ? To your left. Did you recognize the specific things ?? LOOK ! And put them into your view, put them into the frame, into your viewfinder, into your picture and suddenly you got a total different composition. A picture, with a WOW-Effect…

A standard portrait session was planned, so i arrived with the small photobag. Just the OM-D, the 25 mm Summilux, a lightstand, the small Octabox and a Metz flash. After the job was done, she stood up and said: “And now to the fun stuff”. That said she stood in front of her wardrobe tearing out several colorful semitransparent veils and wrapped herfelf with them. ” Now do some religious, aerial looking spherical pics” Well, what could i say, what could i do ? Klick, Klick, Klick and a bit of post processing…
So always be prepared for the surprise, for the unexpected. Be ready to change the set within a second, following your model, adapting yourself to the new situation. That´s all about
