It is easy to do, just a massive desaturation of the skin, darken eyes, background, adding a new color styled layer, blending this and that. You can do an Internet search on “Dark Art” to find a DIY instruction as well or on Youtube. There a quite a lot of videos on that theme. Try it. Its fun. But be warned: Your model may take the stick and beat you for what you are doing. So ask her first !
