If you ever have the chance to visit the island Teneriffe, do not miss Teide National Park. It is a fantastic vulcano landscape. Go there and if you are lucky, catching a slight cloudy day you have to pass the clouds to reach the top. Slow down in the cloud area and enjoy this spooky atmosphere. Just like i did. Wait for a while, for the best light, perhaps you will get the lucky kiss of the sun breaking thru the clouds… enjoy.

What is better than an Italian breakfast in Tuscany? Sitting in the garden, the first rays of sun through the branches of trees break seeing the flareghosts in the lens? This (croissants here already in the stomach) and a large espresso ….

Waiting for him

Waiting for him, standing behind the window, behind the curtain. Kissed by the warm and golden light of the sun. Every sense of her focused thru the window just awaiting him. Already prepare to embrace him with all her woman’s pride, willing to give him all her love.
That was the storyboard behind this scene and i think she did it well. How do you think about that ??

Spring is in the air

What a wonderful surprise. The sky is blue, only small and white clouds, bright sun and its getting warmer. A look to the ground shows, that mother nature is doing its job. The first plants brings out their blooms. That is such awonder after the last very long lasting and cold winter. But finally, it is back: the spring ! Happy faces all over in the town. Everyone is out, preparing the garden season, opening even the BBQ season :) Bird singing, bees humming around. What a wonderful day.

Another spooky day in Tuscany starts. Foggy and with dimly light. Just ok for vampires or werewolfs :) Just a joke. The fog lifted and faded away within a few minutes and the sun was seen again. Birds singing their songs of spring. A beautiful day in Tuscany started.

Yes, i know. One can read in in the handbooks: Do not shoot directly into the sun. Okay i thought, so this must be interesting and i did it and produced my own sunset. F22 and here we go:

Segesta

Segesta is worth a visit. Okay, it is in Sicily, Italy. So it is really far away for many people. But you will will miss something. In the next posts i will you show you some examples of what you can see, when being in Sicily. Perhaps you take the chance, no a seat in a plane and find oit yourself.

This is an ancient Temple in Segesta. It is fully intact beside the roof. It is a wonderful building and one will enjoy it in the hot sicilian sun ! Enjoy this view of the rear portal.
