Convert me

Convert me ! Do not not misunderstand ! Make your pictures looking old fashioned is already old fashioned. But convert them to b&w and simulate the old grainy analog filmtypes. It is fun.

In this case shown above i converted into b&w thru my usual PP and cropped it a bit to get it a bit more compressed and to get her body into the lovely diagonal line. Nothing special here, just another proof for a working relation between model and photographer…. you know, the emotional layer and trust.

Olympus E-P3, Summilux 25 mm, f1.4, 1/60 second, no flash used, ISO400

  • The grain effect give this portrait a timeless quality. I see Berlin in the 1920s.
