Parallel
Another easy way to get both eye in focus and pinsharp although your aperture is 1.x or 2.x is to keep your models eyes parallel to your camera.
Not always easy, you have to feel your camera position and how it is orientated. But with a little training you will have the wanted success. Don´t try for 100%, 90% is OKAY !!!
